Nigeria Records 248 New Cases Of Coronavirus, Total Case Now 4399

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control have announced 248 new cases of Coronavirus disease, bringing the total figure to 4399.

The health agency announced the new cases through its official twitter account on Sunday.

According to the NCDC who gave the breakdown of the cases across states, Lagos recorded 81 new cases, Jigawa recorded 35 cases, 26 new cases in Borno and Kano, 20 cases in Bauchi and 13 cases in Abuja.

Other cases include 12-Edo, 10-Sokoto, 7-Zamfara, 4-Kwara, 4-Kebbi, 2-Gombe, 2-Taraba, 2-Ogun, 2-Ekiti, 1-Osun and 1-Bayelsa.

The death rate has since increased to 143 while 778 patients have so far recovered from the Coronavirus disease.

    The numbers rose everyday but no body knows somebody that knows somebody that has it
